The Disgusting and Morally-bankrupt Opposition personalities in Singapore

So PM Lee stumbled, appeared to have been fainting or ill during his annual National Day Rally speech.

And immediately, we see our two opposition MP-wannabees clowns personalities posting heartless remarks on social media.

S'pore Democratic Party Chief Chee Soon Juan's original Tweet

Reform Party Chief Kenneth Jeyaretnam's original Tweet

You can disagree on everything that your political opponent does or say. You can (figuratively speaking) fight tooth and nail over policy.

But when you have to resort to wishing illness and death on them simply just to advance your political agenda and score points with your supporters, you are simply exposing your own immature disposition and shallowness of character to the rest of Singapore.

It does not matter what your political views or preference is, Singapore cannot afford to elect such unprincipled and immature people into Parliament.

CSJ's same FB posting which was subsequently amended, and amended and amended...

KJ deleted his original tweet after suffering backlash on Tweeter but obviously he is still unapologetic for his original tweet as evidenced by his subsequent excuses. Is this the sort of person whom you want representing Singaporeans in Parliament?

Update (23 Aug)
The Independent SG is trying to make excuses for KJ.

Pic: Shut Down TRS - Guess TISG and Kenneth think Singaporeans are stupid to believe that Kenneth Jeyaretnam's insensitive twitter post is due to him thinking it was an autocue error that caused PM Lee to falter!!

What else can be said about KJ and CSJ, except for this?

Big pile of bullshit from Gilbert Goh who is not a proud Singaporean

So politician-wannabe Gilbert Goh said that he was not a "proud Singaporean". And we are so glad for Anthony Kan's response.

But if you don't already know who this Gilbert Goh is, here's a short intro.

And he has quite a dubious history...

"People have long suspected that Gilbert Goh profiteers off you . This is from Sammy Boy. DO NOT give Gilbert Goh money"

Stupid is as Stupid does - Lidda also want to be MP?

We are refraining from posting any news on Amos mainly because we think he is just thriving on all the attention that he attracts with his childish antics. That fella really has a screw or two lose in his head.

But this sort of statements from a Opposition Party leader - Wah Lao eh.. How can he say such unfounded words? which planet is KJ living on leh?

With opposition wannabes like KJ, it's no wonder the opposition have little credibility with the average voter.

Really? Is this how a MP-wannabe should behave?

Reform Party Fatty chief Kenneth Jeyaretnam posted this  and this on Twitter on 19 March 2016.

Are such remarks befitting a leader of a Opposition Party?  Do these remarks even make sense?

Is Kenneth living in a alternate universe where Singapore is being ruled by a vicious dictator?

By the way, Kenneth, if LKY was indeed a "tyrant" dictator as you say, do you really think that you would still be around to sprout your nonsense and rubbish both online and in the real world? Would you brother, Philip Jeyaretnam, be invited to to be a member of the Singapore Public Service Commission?

If LKY was really a "bully, tyrant and racist", then explain why Singaporeans of all walks of life and races, came forward spontaneously to queue for hours on end to pay their respects to LKY?

Would notable world leaders, like the former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, come and attend his funeral?

Rightly or wrongly, it is quite understandable why you harbor such hatred for LKY. Afterall, your father did go through a lot with LKY. Everyone gets that.

But that doesn't mean that you have to be so irrational with your criticism.

Don't like the PAP? Sure, no problem. 33% of Singaporeans too according to GE 2015.

But as a Opposition Party leader who aspires to represent ALL Singaporeans and our interests in Parliament, how do such biased and emotional remarks help with Singapore's development as a nation?

You want to oppose the sitting government? Think that they are crap? Sure, why not?

Just explain why with rational reasons. Win over the voters with better plans backed up with sound logic and NOT with half-truths and popularist statements.

In any case, I think you better give up politics.

Singaporeans had considered you and your party in GE 2011 and 2015. And the results are telling. Reform Party failed to win any seats, and worse yet, the vote share decreased from 4.28% (86,294 votes in2011) to 2.63% (59,432 votes in 2015).

Even in the 2013 By-Elections for Punggol East SMC, Reform Party's performance was dismal..only gathering 1.2% or 353 votes.

You are just living in your own world with such bias and hatre that you are no longer capable of rational thought.

As you aptly pointed out after GE2015, Singaporeans deserve the Govt that they voted for. And for now, a PAP-led government is in the best interests of Singapore.

Oh, and as a "public" figure, if you have nothing better to share than your own messed-up emotions and flawed viewpoints, perhaps you should just keep them to yourself, lest you alienate your voters even more.

hahaha.... Reform Party Chief claims that declining productivity will lead to a full blown recession!

Image: Shut Down TRS

Look at Kenneth Jeyaretnam trying to pull a fast one by claiming our declining productivity will lead to a full blown recession!

Come on leh, there are many economic factors that causes full blown recessions and declining productivitiy isn't one of them!

FYI based on our lastest MTI report, productivity have actually stabilized at 0% which fared must better than the past and our economic outlook isn't as bleak as this Kenneth made out to be!

[Labour productivity, as measured by value-added per worker, was unchanged (0.0 per cent growth) in the third quarter compared to the same period a year ago. This represented an improvement from the five consecutive quarters of negative growth.]

Opposition Media tries to nonsensically link irrevelant news and events to the Singapore Elections

This is really dumb.

How is the Haze (which is caused by Indonesia) linked to the Singapore election results or the fact that 69.9% of Singaporeans voted for PAP?

This one is even more absurd.

How does a case of criminal intimidation / lovers-dispute related to the election results?

If you don't already know, the origins of the opposition's latest catch-phrase used to label any negative event or news, regardless of whether it has anything to do with the GE2015 results or the PAP government, was started by the Singapore's worst sore loser of GE2015 - Reform Party Chief Kenneth "Don't complain" Jeyaretnam.

Kenneth Jeyaretnam, one of The Reform Party West Coast GRC candidates, was interviewed “live” on Channel News Asia after the sample count for voting results was released. The PAP team was leading 78 percent to RP’s 22 percent in the sample count.

GE2015 Election Results for West Coast GRC:
PAP 71,091 (78.57%) vs RF 19323 (21.43%) of valid votes
Voters: 99,300 | Rejected votes: 2,415 | Did not vote: 6,402
Overall, Reform Party performed worst than their GE2011 results, showing a decrease of 11.18% of votes received.

This was what Jeyaretnam said when asked to comment by CNA’s reporter:

Here’s the interview transcribed: (See video here)

Reporter:
Now the sample counts have been out for quite a few of the constituencies, your thoughts on the sample counts?

Kenneth Jeyaretnam:
Well, obviously, you know, we were aware from the beginning that we saw this coming. Because we didn’t get the big influx of volunteers and helpers coming forward like we got in 2011, in fact, it was very quiet.
And eh…eh… we saw… Basically, we put this down to the novelty wearing off of a new party, but now I see it is absolutely nation-wide there’s been a huge swing to the PAP.
We weren’t helped by the fact that we lost Clementi, a ward in which we scored particularly highly in the last election.
What I can say is that this is not, as far as I’m concerned, this is not a mandate for the PAP’s economic policies. We had a better manifesto, a better economic plan.

All this is a mandate for authoritarianism and brainwashing, it shows what you do when you control everybody’s housing, you control their savings, you control their jobs because you’re the major employer, you control all the media, and there’s no independent elections department.
What I see are similar margins in North Korea and China, it’s just like the Chinese Communist Party.

And I guess Singaporeans get the government they deserve, so I don’t want to hear any more complaints.

How can any self-respecting, decent politician make such a ridiculous statement on national tv?

As a person who is trying to get themselves elected as a Member of Parliament to represent their constituents, isn't it logical that you would want to know about the people's life and problems so that you, as an MP, can advocate and influence policy and laws on their behalf to improve things?

How are you going to do that if you do not want to "hear any complaints" simply because you believe that the Singaporeans have no choice but to suffer the consequences of their choice (of voting for PAP rather than you) at the ballot box?

Reform Party’s Jafri Basron Makes Sexist Comments Online

wow.... just wow.

No words can adequately express the "wow" at Jafri Basron's intellect.

Let's have a look at what he posted on Facebook on 12 Oct 2015.

If you do bother to look over his Facebook posts, you'll see that this post has managed to attract the most attention condemnation comments, some of which are pretty good.

And here is one of Jafri's response to the avalanche of criticisms.

But strangely enough, here is another of his Facebook post that seems to be rather supportive of what he calls "a born entrepreneur".

This is all quite revealing of Jafri's character, and what he actually stands for.

MustShareNews.com has an excellent write-up of Jafri's latest facebook gaffe. Have a read here:

Reform Party’s Jafri Basron Makes Sexist Comments Online, Baffled By Backlash

So who is Jafri Basron?

His Facebook profile lists him as a "Social Activist"... whatever that means. and apparently he was a one-time member of the Reform Party. Not sure if he still is. In any case, Jafri wasn't featured in RF's lineup for GE2015.

(Why does Reform Party attract all the weirdos like Jafri and Roy Ng? Don't they do any screening of potential members/candidates?)

===========================================

Update: 24 Oct 2015

This goondu is either an attention-whore or just plain stupid. Now he has gone and called those who do not support the opposition as cowards.
